Report a format problem without sending private financial data.
Email support
Email support@example.com with the tool name, browser, expected result and a small synthetic sample.
Do not send: bank statements, account numbers, card details, tax identifiers, passwords or other real financial records.
Useful error report
- Name of the tool and file extension
- Whether the file came from a bank or accounting platform
- A fake sample containing the same headings and structure
- The exact error message
- What you expected the output to contain
Billing support
Signed-in subscribers can open the billing portal from the dashboard. Include the account email in billing requests, but never include payment card details.
