The website provides browser-based file conversion and formatting tools. It does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, investment, legal or banking services.
User responsibility
You are responsible for having permission to process each file, preserving original records, checking outputs and deciding whether a file is suitable for import. Do not upload or process unlawful content or use the service to harm another person.
No guarantee of compatibility
File formats and third-party import requirements change. Outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every file will parse, that every field will be preserved or that an accounting platform will accept the result.
Paid plans
Paid features, billing periods, cancellation and taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the checkout terms. Lifetime access applies to the current browser-tool product and does not promise every future product or third-party service.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, evade access controls, automate abusive traffic, copy the service in violation of applicable law or use the tools for fraudulent financial activity.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for lost data, incorrect imports, duplicate transactions, accounting errors, business interruption or indirect losses arising from use of the tools.
Changes
Features and terms may change. Material changes should be posted with an updated date. Replace this template with jurisdiction-appropriate terms before commercial launch.
